1. Check In With Your Beliefs

Step number one is check in with your beliefs. What do you believe about yourself? Do you believe that:

  • You do not look good. 
  • You're too fat.
  • You're too skinny.
  • You have too small boobs.
  • You have have bad skin.
  • You do not have pretty nails. 

What do you believe about yourself? Check in with you and figure that out. Me for example. I thought I weighed too much and had bad skin.

I always had a love hate relationship with my tummy. With my muffin top. Kind of since when I was little. Since when I was young, I always had a stomach and didn't have a nice waist. I looked at all these models and the movie stars and they all were so skinny and I've never been super skinny. I've been a bit of chubby teenager. I never thought that I am pretty. As a teenager I never thought boys would be interested in me. And so I had really bad beliefs about myself. 

For a few years I had acne on my cheeks. I really really hated it. I didn't know what to do. I went to the doctor, but it was not going away. And I was losing hope. 

That was really blocking me from getting the body that I wanted. From clearing my skin and finding myself beautiful. Loving myself more and getting the dream body that I wanted. But you can improve your skin. You can lose weight using the law of attraction.

1. Love Yourself

To start off you need to start to love yourself how you are at this moment. You need to remove those negative believes about yourself. If you do not love yourself, if you hate yourself, that will even worsen your condition. You'll eat more because you're frustrated. Then you will gain weight. Your skin will look even worse. You won't take care of yourself. You won't take care of your body, your hair, your nails, whatever it is, you'll just hate yourself. 

That happened to me. I really hated the way I looked. And then I stopped taking care of myself. And that just spiraled even more down and things got even worse.

Start to be happy with yourself where you're at. Now I understand it may not be where you really want to be. But still you need to take that first step and accept the way that you look. Even if you are overweight, it's okay. Except that it's like that. Except that you can change it. That you have the power to change. Because when you start to accept it and to love yourself, you start to treat yourself differently. You start to treat yourself more positively.

2. Use Positive Affirmations

The next thing is you need to use positive affirmation such as:

  • I get more beautiful every day. 

By using a statement like that, you will manifest a better looking body. You will manifest your dream body. Things will start to change because if you change your mind and change your belief system your life will change. It will be way easier for you to lose weight. The universe will conspire to help you loose weight. 

When you start to do that, you start to shift your focus from the negative to the positive. You start to believe that you gonna get prettier and prettier every day. That's what I did. And if I show you photos or images from when I was younger, and now you would say, oh, there is a difference. And it really all came down to loving myself more and using affirmations. To believing that I can get prettier.

Once I started to feel better about myself things started to change. The breakout on my skin started to disappear. Because I showed more love to my skin. I would say I love you. And I would take better care of it as a result. I ditched the goal to lose weight to look good. I thought no, I love my body now as it is. I told my tummy I love you. I love you so much.

In the beginning it was just strange to say that because I really did not like my tummy. But I said that anyways. And I started to eat healthier. Took more care of myself. Just because I changed my thoughts to "love my body". That made me want to do something good for my body. And sure enough what did I get in response? A better body. I literally got a really really nice waist.  It took more self care, having a different goal, telling myself that I get prettier everyday. Believing it. 

3. Let Go

The last tip is you need to let go. If you obsess about your goal, if you obsess about it and think "Oh I want to look like a Victoria's Secret model". Or you weigh yourself every single day and it's not moving, you will get frustrated. Then things will not work out for you. You need to let go of the outcome. You need to feel good in the present moment. You need to love yourself. And then you automatically will take care of yourself. And then the universe will sprinkle a bit of magic on top of everything. Like a nice little cake and make it happen that you receive the really nice body that you want to have. Of course you're not going to grow from five foot to six foot or something. But things will definitely change. You will feel better from the inside and that will show on the outside. Your skin will glow. Your hair will grow. Even my nails became more beautiful. I had short nails forever. And now they are growing nice.
